As a retired professional in the tourist industry for many years, I appreciate the importance of professionalism, competence, customer service, communication, and good relations. WCT scores high in each of those categories.  They are efficient, pleasant to work with, accommodating, and attentive to clients’ needs. But more than that, they are “menchin” – particularly in light of financial challenges caused by the unusual circumstances and uncertainties of planning, running, and sometimes canceling,  trips during Corona and a war.    I have planned and run several trips with WTC – some that happened and a few that were forced to be canceled.  Me and my clients were pleased.
